Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
There must be a valid reason for retuning, change of mind not applicable

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@remotecrate.com with your order number and images of the defect (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
